addition to sports here is my other good resolution for 2011: Cooking. Yes, that's what I've done to me. Supposed to be fun, is cheaper to go for food and healthy it is well known. Since we had the weekend visiting my parents, was the ideal day come to the same items for multiple cooking. First of all I've rummaged through some magazines and I find the gewurden Laviva and an Italian cooking magazine.
was the carrot-orange soup with ginger it as a starter. For joy of this very successful and delicious soup I have unfortunately made no photo. :-( But you will find instructions and photo in the February issue (on all cash for a Penny and Rewe €) or the homepage of Laviva
The main course -. Bigola the "Elisabetta" I was smarter and got the all for you noted.
This traditional dish gets its flavor finesse by fruity notes of stewed apples and the rustic touch of the fish. Easy and delicious.
For 6 People, you need:
420g tagliatelle
300g salmon fillet
2 apples
1 onion
half glass of Calvados or alternatively apple juice
parsley
olive oil
salt & pepper
So it works (preparation approx 35 min): Chop onions very fine
- . Peel the apples and dice. Pour
- salmon fillet cut into slices and then chop coarsely
- onions in a large frying pan fry in 4 tablespoons oil, then a 1 / 2 cup water and simmer about 3 min
can - then give the apples to the onions over high heat for 5 minutes fry
- the salmon cubes and add another 5 minutes fry (not too much stir, otherwise divided the salmon) pour
- the Calvados and about 5 min it boil until the liquid has evaporated
- Season with pepper and salt and cooked noodles now under the salmon and apple mixture stand
- fresh, chopped parsley over it. Done!
