Buddhism is a very deep philosophical religion. He is far more than just a philosophy, for he is - as the Buddha pointed out very clearly - a doctrine of redemption:

Just as the sea has only one taste, the salt, so also has this theory .. . just a taste: that of redemption.

The philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer is in essence a doctrine of redemption, and as the Buddha was Schopenhauer (more than any other major Western philosopher) from the suffering of this world from. For that reason alone there are an amazing correspondence between Schopenhauer's philosophy and Buddhism. Schopenhauer was aware, as he described himself and his followers as Buddhists .

Madonna Yoga - Get into the groove

A yoga evening of a very different way you can on Saturday, 24 October 2009 to do: There will be the next Madonna's yoga. An exceptional and unique event that combines yoga with music by Madonna.

Yoga is an ancient Indian tradition, the body exercises with breathing, relaxation and meditation combined. This yoga-music evening brings together both: yoga exercises for strengthening and relaxation - And choreography to music by Madonna. This is the fun does not come off badly.

I myself have developed this yoga, with the intention to combine two of my favorite activities (yoga and music) and sometimes in addition to regular yoga classes have a way to yoga to lead to another level.

First we come up with yoga and music in the right mood, dancing, and we experiment with the elements of yoga and dance.
